Ingredients
Sausage: 250 grams (cut into circles)
Olive oil: 2 tbsp
Onions: 2 pieces (finely chopped)
Basil: 1/4 cup (fresh, finely chopped)
Garlic: 2 cloves (crushed)
White vinegar: a quarter cup
Tomatoes: 2 tablets (cut into small cubes)
Tomato sauce: 12 cup
Macaroni: 500 grams
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper to taste
How to prepare
Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic, and stir until they change color.
Add sausage circles and stir from time to time.
Pour the vinegar, then add the chopped tomatoes and tomato sauce.
Season with salt and pepper and add the basil.
Stir from time to time over low heat until the mixture thickens.
Boil the pasta in salted water until soft, then add it to the sauce.
Stir well, then serve the plate on your plate.
