Ingredients

Liver: 500 grams (beef)

Garlic: 5 cloves

Salt: 1 teaspoon

Black pepper: 1 teaspoon

Cumin: 1 teaspoon

Vinegar: a quarter cup

Wheat: 2 cups (bran)

Oil: 4 cups (for frying)

French bread: 5 loaves (slotted)

Tahina: a cup

How to prepare


1- Cut the liver into thin slices and place in a medium bowl.


2- Add the garlic, vinegar, salt, black pepper and cumin.


3- Mix the ingredients until they overlap and set aside for 30 minutes.


4- Put the bran in a small bowl and dip the liver slices in it until they are covered on all sides, then leave it in the freshness for about 5 minutes until you rest.


5- Heat the oil in a pot over a stove and fry the liver slices in batches.


6- Leave the slices in the oil for about 3 minutes, until browning.


7- Take the liver off the heat and place it on a paper towel to soak in the excess oil.


8- Put a spoonful of tahini in each loaf of bread, then add the fried pieces of liver, and close the bread.


9- Serve hot.
