How to make Nutella pancakes

Ingredients
/ 3 cup lukewarm milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 ½ cup white flour
1 egg
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon instant yeast
2 tablespoons melted butter

How to prepare
Put the lukewarm milk in a bowl and add the yeast and sugar and stir until the ingredients are mixed, then cover and leave it until the yeast reacts for about 10 minutes.
Add the eggs and stir well, then put the melted butter and stir until it is completely mixed.
Add the flour gradually, stir, then pinch the salt, stir, and then knead the ingredients well.
Cover the dough with nylon and a piece of cloth and let it rise for two hours.
We make equal balls from the dough, then cover it with nylon and let it ferment.
We extend the balls, put the Nutella in it, close it tightly, shape it according to taste, then cover it and leave it aside for a quarter of an hour.
Grease a non-stick frying pan, place the pancakes on a low heat, cover the pan and leave for ten minutes.
Turn the pancakes on the other end and leave them for five minutes.
So it is golden on both sides and ready to serve.
