Two cups of water are placed in a saucepan on the fire, add the meat and leave until it boils, then drain the meat. Heat four cups of water in another saucepan over the fire and add the meat, cinnamon, lumi, cardamom and ginger and leave the mixture on the fire until it boils. Cover the pot and leave it on the fire to boil for thirty Minute. Heat the oil in a saucepan on the fire and stir in the garlic and onions until the onions soften. Add wheat and stir over the heat for a minute, then add tomato molasses, pepper and pepper molasses. Add ginger, cardamom, cumin, coriander, salt and black pepper while continuing to stir. Add meat with two liters of meat broth. To the mixture and leave on the fire until it boils. Cover the pot with tin, then cover the pot and put it in a hot oven at a temperature of 160 degrees Celsius and leave for two hours. Mix the soup with an electric mixer until it becomes soft in texture.
