Ingredients
Butter: a tablespoon
Cabbage: 2 cups (chopped)
Water: 5 cups
- Vegetables Sort: 1 cup (mixed)
Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
Onions: 1 piece (chopped)
Ras Asfour meat: 250 grams (boiled)
Ginger: 1 teaspoon (chopped)
Salt: a quarter of a teaspoon
Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon
How to prepare
1. Heat the butter in a deep saucepan over the heat and add the onion and ginger and stir until it wilts.
2. Add the boiled meat and soy sauce, and my heart, add the freshly squeezed vegetables and stir.
3. Add the water and leave the pot until it boils, then reduce the heat and cover the pot.
4. About 15 minutes before leveling, add cabbage, cover the pot, and leave it for 20 minutes.
5. Season the soup with salt and pepper and serve hot.
6. You can decorate it with green coriander or chopped parsley.
