Turkish dome cake
The Turkish Dome Cake is one of the famous cakes and it is very delicious and distinctive in its shape and taste. It consists of two layers of cake with a cream filling such as pudding and is decorated with cream chanté and cake crumbs and is served.

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons of oil
1 cup flour
3 tablespoons of cocoa
1 vanilla packet
1 envelope of baking powder
To water a cake:
1 cup milk
To prepare the cream:
5 cups milk
1 cup sifted flour
1 ½ tablespoon of starch
1 egg
1 vanilla packet
50g butter
1 cup sugar
1 ½ cup coconut
To decorate:
1 generous envelope Chantilly
1 cup cold milk
How to prepare
In a bowl, beat both the eggs and the sugar, for about five minutes, until the mixture rises.
Add oil, baking powder, vanilla, sifted flour and cocoa and mix well.
Grease the cake tray and add the mixture and put it in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees. Leave it for about half an hour until it becomes tender, then let it cool down.
Put the milk in a deep saucepan and add the flour, eggs, starch and sugar and stir the ingredients well.
Put the ingredients on the fire and keep stirring until the mixture thickens, then add the butter and vanilla, stir, turn off the heat, add coconut and stir well.
We cut the cake into two slices, then put nylon in a large bowl, put a cake slice in it, and water the cake with half a cup of milk, then put the cream in it.
Water the second cake slice with the rest of the milk and put it on top of the cream, cut off the excess cake edges according to the bowl, remove it and set it aside.
Cover the cake with nylon and put it in the fridge for about four hours or overnight, until it is firm.
Beat the cream chantet and the cold milk, then turn the cake over the serving plate, remove the nylon, cover it with the chantilly cream and the cake crumbs, then put it for an hour in the fridge, then the dome cake is ready to serve.
