Donut with Nutella

Ingredients

    3 cups white flour
    ¼ cup of sugar
    1 tablespoon instant yeast
    ½ 1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup liquid milk
    ½ 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
    1 egg
    2 tablespoons butter
    Icing sugar for covering

How to prepare

    Sift the flour and put it in a bowl, then add the sugar, yeast and salt, and stir the dry ingredients.
    Add the milk, vanilla and eggs and stir the ingredients together well.
    Then we start kneading, add the butter and knead a little, even if it is sticky, then sprinkle flour on a flat surface and continue kneading for about ten minutes until it becomes soft and smooth.
    Put the dough in a bowl, cover it, and let it ferment for about an hour.
    We form equal balls from the dough and press it a little, then cover it with nylon and let it rest for an hour.
    Heat up the oil a little, then put the donuts in it and fry each side for a minute on a low heat until it takes a light color.
    Cover the donut pieces with fine sugar, then pierce them and put Nutella in them, so that the Nutella donut is ready to serve.
