Ingredients


    9 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

    6 slices of beef

    225g cream cheese, soft

    Half a cup of sour cream (labneh)

    Half a cup of butter, diced

    A quarter cup of low-fat milk

    ½ -1 teaspoon onion powder

    1 teaspoon of salt

    1 teaspoon garlic powder

    Half a teaspoon of pepper

    1 cup of cheddar cheese, chopped

    3 green onions, chopped


How to prepare


    Put the potatoes in a pot on the stove, immerse them in water and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes, or until they are soft.

    Meanwhile, in a frying pan, cook the pork chops over a medium heat until crisp, transfer them to a paper towel, and dry them.

    Drain the potatoes, return them to the saucepan, mash them, and gradually add the cream cheese, sour cream, and butter, then stir with the milk and spices.

    Transfer them to an oven dish (22.5 x 32.5 cm), sprinkle them with cheese, green onions and meat, then place them in the fridge, with a lid, for more than a day.

    Prepare the oven at 180 ° C, take the potatoes out of the refrigerator and place them in the oven while it is heating, then bake with a lid for about 30 minutes, then without a lid for an additional 10 minutes or until heated up.
