Chicken: 500 grams (minced)

Quinoa: three quarters of a cup (boiled)

- Garlic: 3 cloves (crushed)

- Green onions: 2 sticks (chopped)

- Eggs: 1 piece

- Soy sauce: a tablespoon

- Sesame oil: two tablespoons

- Salt: half a teaspoon

- Black pepper: half a teaspoon

- Soy sauce: a quarter cup (for the sauce)

- Rice vinegar: two tablespoons (for the sauce)

Ginger: a tablespoon (fresh and finely chopped / for the sauce)

Brown sugar: a tablespoon (for the sauce)

- Sesame oil: a teaspoon (for the sauce)

- Starch: two teaspoons (for the sauce)

Water: ½ cup (for sauce)

How to prepare

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and prepare an oiled tray.


2. Mix the minced chicken, boiled quinoa, garlic, green onions, eggs, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper and mix well until the ingredients are well combined.


3. Make balls of the mixture the size of a walnut and put the balls in the tray and enter the oven for 20 minutes, stirring, until the balls are red.


4. To prepare the sauce: Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, sugar, sesame oil, and half a cup of water in a saucepan and place over medium heat.


5. Mix the water with the starch, add the mixture to the soy mixture and leave it on the fire until it begins to boil and the sauce thickens for two minutes.


6. Put the chicken balls in a serving dish, pour the sauce over it and serve hot.
