Salty snack is one of the basic snacks in every evening, so we chose for you a light snack, which is a thin biscuit sprinkled with salt on its face. Its ingredients are available in every home and its preparation is easy.

Ingredients
2 cups flour
a teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon instant yeast
Half spoon baking powder با
Quarter of a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
half spoon of salt
4 tablespoons of oil
One and a half cups of warm water
How to prepare
In a bowl, put half a cup of warm water, a spoonful of yeast and sugar, and leave them for 5 minutes to react.
Gradually add the flour with the water as needed, add the baking powder, baking soda and salt and knead well.
We add the oil as a last step, knead them well and cover the dough for an hour until it ferments.
After an hour we divide it and sprinkle flour on the wood and roll it out with a rolling pin and shape it as we want.
Arrange it in a tray on butter paper and in a wooden stick we pierce it from the top and brush it with a mixture of oil and water.
Sprinkle each of them with coarse salt and put them in the oven at 180 degrees and leave them until golden.
In this way, we have got a crunchy salty biscuit at no cost.
