Ingredients


    8 chicken pieces

    1 tablespoon each of:

    (salt + ginger powder + chili + paprika + turmeric + cumin + dry coriander)

    4 tablespoons of curd

    5 tablespoons of oil

    Hot green pepper pods

    spoon of chopped parsley

    1 large onion chopped

    1 onion diced wedges

    mashed garlic spoon

    tablespoon grated green ginger

    Juice of 4 tomatoes

    2 diced tomatoes

    hot water cup


How to prepare


    Put the chicken in a bowl, season with powdered ginger, chili, salt and paprika, mix well and set aside.

    In another bowl, put 4 tablespoons of milk, top with dried coriander, turmeric and cumin, mix them well and set them aside.

    Now in a deep frying pan, put the oil, saute the chopped onions and fry them until they turn golden.

    Add one tablespoon of grated ginger and one tablespoon of crushed garlic, then pour the tomato juice on them, sprinkle them with salt, stir and cover the pan until the mixture is saturated.

    After the mixture is mixed, add the milk mixture that we prepared and leave the ingredients to boil a little, then add the chicken and stir it with the sauce, then add a cup of hot water and leave them on the fire for about half an hour.

    Then add the winged onions, diced tomatoes and two hot green peppers, cover and leave for a quarter of an hour.

    In this way, our recipe is finished. Pour it into a plate, decorate it with chopped parsley, and serve it with rice or bread.
